Design and implement dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key metrics
Collaborate with teams to identify reporting needs, streamline data visualization, and drive a culture of data-informed decision-making
Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
Identify and address gaps between current data and the desired state through data cleansing, enrichment, and validation processes
Establish robust governance standards to maintain integrity and compliance
Play a key role in the adoption of new systems and technologies to support operational efficiency

Expert level experience with PowerBI
Hands-on experience with large-scale systems in software engineering
Familiarity with big data processing and building data APIs
Experience with automated data quality frameworks is a plus
Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases and SQL
Experience working with cloud native architecture (PaaS) using Azure stack preferably
Experience with Azure ML, DataBricks (Spark), Azure Data Factory will be an asset
Experience in building ETL pipelines to perform feature engineering on large-scale dataset using Spark
Good understanding of project management methodologies and workflow design
Ability to influence and negotiate with others to meet project deadlines
Understanding of system design and analysis and user testing
Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders representing a broad range of functions and levels
