Prepare and upload journal entries to support month-end close, including intercompany allocations, recharges, billing, and settlements
Perform bank, intercompany, and system reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
Prepare variance analysis and commentary for Financial Statements Review Templates (FSRT) and management reporting
Support audit requests by preparing schedules and providing accurate and timely responses to auditor queries
Act as Asia point-of-contact for clearing intercompany variances and resolving accounting issues with regional and business unit stakeholders
Support process migration, transition, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities in coordination with business units
Train and mentor junior team members and act as subject matter expert for assigned processes
Identify and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls

At least 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and management reporting
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas and pivot tables required)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and manage aggressive timelines
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Willing to work on a day/morning shift and render overtime when required.
CPA with a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management (preferred)
Experience supporting financial statement preparation and audit activities (preferred)
Background in accounting or finance process migration or transition (preferred)
Exposure to automation, process improvement, or transformation initiatives (preferred)
