To carry out the work as per the instructions given by the immediate Reporting Officer
To follow good manufacturing practices and Good documentation practices
To execute the operations / Process as per the written procedures in BPCR
To perform the cleaning activities as per the GCR’s
To ensure and execute that the SAP transactions are done as per work instructions
To stage the Raw materials and packing material to the respective areas
To report and record the deviations observed during the activity
To follow the safety procedures during working
To maintain a good housekeeping of the plant and surroundings
To co-ordinate with Engineering with respect to Breakdowns, preventive maintenance and day to day activities
To carry out safe disposal of spent and solid waste as per EHS norms
To undergo training and active participation in the following areas: Unit operations; Good Manufacturing Practices; Safety
Report abnormalities in the areas of GMP, Safety, Operations etc., to the immediate reporting officer / supervisor
All other relevant duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma in Chemical / Degree in Chemistry / Pharmacy / Chemical Engineering
Self motivational skills allowing you to function independently
Communication style and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in an APIPL environment
Excellent teamwork and experience
4 to 7 years in API manufacturing
