- Analyze hardware and software interaction to identify bottlenecks
- Drive future HBM architecture to address bottlenecks
- Own RTL design deliverables across the lifecycle
- Proactively identify execution risks and implement strategies
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing RTL design team
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Develop future technical leaders in HBM SoC design
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant SoC design experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale SoC design teams
- Deep expertise in RTL design, SoC integration
- Strong experience integrating complex IP subsystems
- Solid understanding of SoC architecture
- Experience with pre-silicon validation
- Familiarity with EDA tools and scripting languages
