About this role
Role Overview
- Provide strategic leadership for Diffusion, Implant, RTP, Pumps, Chillers & Abatement and MFG Tech categories procurement
- Own sourcing and category strategies for Diffusion, Implant, RTP, Pumps, Chillers & Abatement and MFG Tech equipment suppliers
- Lead complex commercial negotiations involving capital equipment purchases
- Ensure equipment availability supports technology development and HVM ramp schedules
- Lead and develop procurement professionals supporting the category
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Microelectronics, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related field
10 years of progressive experience in job offered or in a Process Engineering or Supply Chain-related occupation
- Strong experience in supplier management and commercial negotiations
- Proven capability in supplier qualification, performance management, and RFQ execution
- Working knowledge of front-end capital equipment procurement
- Experience managing a team of >5 sourcing or supplier managers in a global or multi-site environment
- Ability to leverage digital procurement tools and AI-enabled analytics
