Develop and deliver training programs aligned to prior authorization processes, clinical criteria, and account-specific updates to support pharmacy operations teams
Partner with leadership and account teams to create and maintain training plans, onboarding materials, and ongoing learning content
Leverage clinical expertise in pharmacy benefits, Medicaid/Medicare guidelines, and drug review processes to ensure accuracy and compliance in training materials
Facilitate engaging training sessions using virtual tools, ensuring effective knowledge transfer for new hires and tenured staff
Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting and analyzing participant feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally to support clinical review processes, including prior authorization updates, PDL criteria, and process enhancements
Requirements
Active Pharmacist license (U.S.) required
2+ years of experience in managed care, pharmacy benefit management, or related healthcare environment
Strong knowledge of Medicaid and/or Medicare programs, including prior authorization and preferred drug list (PDL) processes
Experience developing and delivering training content or educational programs
Proficiency with virtual training platforms and tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint)
