Lead the development of technical documentation in support of engineering solutions that include, but are not limited to, architectural drawings, detailed design specifications, implementation instructions, test procedures, and test reports.
Lead small teams to complete tasks on-time and on-budget.
Communicate effectively with team members and both internal and external stakeholders.
Able to work under general supervision to set objectives.
Assist in engineering system development tasks including system requirements analysis, system architecture and design, preliminary design, critical design, system integration, formal verification, formal validation, and fielding support.
Lead in the performance of requirements analysis using DOORS, UML, Model-Based Systems Engineering (SysML), and other system engineering practices.
Contribute to the completion of milestones and subsequent gate reviews.
Assist in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and cost and risk analyses for total systems.
Maintain standards compliance.
Travel up to 10% for off-site testing.
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline (Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or Physics)
minimum 4 years of prior related experience, or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
Experience with all aspects of SEIT and product development best practices and their applications given program needs
Experience in integrated product teams
Strong verbal and written technical communication skills
Familiarity with the military/defense contracting environment
Proficiency in DOORS
AGILE development experience
Integration and Test experience utilizing oscilloscopes, multimeters, and data acquisition systems
IGBT, MOSFET, or power conversion experience
Experience with power supplies greater than 10,000 W
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
