Role Overview
- Providing customers, distributors and sales personnel with order and shipping info, order changes, RMA's, expediting, parts pricing
- Enter orders for standard conveyors
- Lead distribution to channel
- Salesforce navigation and basic information look up
- As qualified & approved by manager/lead provide technical assistance to team members and distributors
Requirements
- 2 + years as a manufacturing customer service representative or 5+ years of technical experience
- Previous ERP and CRM experience is a plus
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
