Role Overview
- Act as the key link between business experts and technical teams
- Define and articulate product objectives, scope, and constraints
- Contribute to backlog prioritization and write user stories
- Analyze, model, and optimize business processes
- Design and execute regression testing strategies
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders
- Encourage best practices and support experimentation
- Coach and guide other Business Analysts
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
- Strong understanding of business context and ability to translate it into technical requirements
- Experience in the Insurance industry
- Proven experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar
- Knowledge of databases and hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL
- Good understanding of SDLC and process modelling techniques
- Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in German and English.
