Requirements
Host and present LEGO products on Shopee Live and TikTok Live, representing the brand with confidence and enthusiasm.
Communicate product features, benefits, and stories in an authentic, engaging, and entertaining way that aligns with LEGO’s brand tone.
Actively engage audiences through live chat interactions, Q&A sessions, and product demonstrations to drive interest and conversion.
Collaborate closely with the Commercial Team and Livestream Producer to prepare scripts, session flow, and visual setups ahead of each livestream.
Coordinate with commercial and operations teams on promotion mechanics, featured products, and campaign execution.
Deliver livestream performance targets, including viewership, engagement rate, and sales conversion (GMV).
Occasionally appear in or provide voice-over for short-form content on TikTok and Instagram.
Plan, produce, manage, and publish engaging social media content—posts, short videos, and campaign-related livestreams—to strengthen brand visibility and community engagement.
Maintain a consistent brand tone, style, and voice across all social media touchpoints.
Partner with the Brand Online Representative to plan, explore, and execute impactful livestream sessions.
Work closely with hosts, designers, and commercial teams to ensure livestreams and social campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.
Oversee behind-the-scenes creative and livestream operations, ensuring each session runs smoothly, looks professional, and generates high-performing social content.
Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners, creators, communities, and KOLs to expand online reach and drive sales conversion.
Coordinate product seeding, affiliate codes, and performance tracking to support campaign goals.
Achieve defined social media and livestream KPIs, balancing both content quality and output volume.
Track and analyze performance metrics—such as viewers, engagement, and conversion—and develop insights and ideas to continuously improve future content and livestream sessions.
