Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPI’s.
Manage brand A&P and P&L to ensure brand investments & ROI are maximized.
Work closely with demand planning team on forecasting future launches and monthly business needs.
Plan and execute commercial business plans with Senior Brand Manager.
Work with marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans from product launches and promotion mechanics to grow and build brands.
Develop e-Commerce strategies to increase brand engagement and sales.
Develop, drive and execute brand merchandising guidelines & adhered across all different retail channel distribution.
Be ‘hands on’ and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross functional teams from sales, marketing, finance, and operations to achieve brand objectives.
Work closely with trade partners to ensure brands exposure and mechanics are consistently managed and well presented.
Requirements
Degree in marketing or related business with at least 2 years in a reputable FMCG company or in retail managing a brand.
Candidate with prior experience managing skincare/fragrance brand an added advantage.
Strategic mindset, analytical & insights driven to create opportunities.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, bi-lingual (English & Bahasa).
Team player, self-confident with strong leadership qualities.
Independent & Innovative, multi-task and good time management skills.
A go-getter with an attitude to outperform and deliver excellent results continuously.
