support and guide procurement processes and respond to procurement-related queries
deliver attrition analysis and reporting
conduct exit interviews
manage applications and submissions for industry awards
contribute to Data Privacy, Security and Regulatory Compliance
Requirements
demonstrated capability in a risk, data privacy, or data security compliance role
proven ability to implement and maintain governance and reporting disciplines
demonstrated experience supporting first line risk management activities, including risk registers, risk governance, reporting, treatment plan tracking, and risk reviews
experience supporting assurance activities, including control testing and engagement with internal audit/second line teams
strong stakeholder engagement skills
capability to deliver business management initiatives, including project support, procurement process support, workforce and attrition reporting, and operational governance activities
advanced analytical skills, including advanced Excel and Power BI, with strong attention to detail, planning and prioritisation
