Role Overview
- Provide first-level on-site support across the Workplace and Audiovisual environments
- Proficient in the Windows (client) environment
- Provide support and troubleshooting for tablets and mobile devices
- Support deployments and monitor follow-up for newly implemented solutions
- Deliver written and verbal training to all staff
- Develop and maintain procedures
- Create and manage the processing of Level 1 tickets
- Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding
- Handle first-level Audiovisual support
