Role Overview
- Supporting customers using BUX Investing and, soon, BUX Savings
- Responding to chats, emails, and phone calls with speed, clarity, and care
- Guiding new users through onboarding and helping them get started confidently
- Staying up to date with product updates and internal developments
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with the wider team
- Collaborating across teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Assisting with translations and customer-facing content
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and helping implement changes
- Maintaining and contributing to the team’s knowledge base
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Experience working in a customer-facing/support role
- Interest in financial markets and investing
- Exceptional communication skills to connect with our users
- Quick learner and adept problem solver
- Able to work independently but also willing to jump in and help your team as needed
- Availability for a full-time role (40 hours/week)
