Program Executive – Drug Development, Commercial

Role Overview

• Internally and externally communicate a shared and bold vision for the program.
• Lead, manage, and maintain the Program Team, partnering with functional leads.
• Lead the creation and execution of the program strategy and integrated development plan(s).
• Define and deliver against program OKRs in collaboration with the Program Team.
• Provide strategic oversight for program budgets and resourcing.
• Architect scenarios to inform decision making and program planning.
• Be a role model for Praxons: inspire ambitious goals, give and receive direct feedback.

Requirements

• Demonstrated drug development experience with a strong track record of cross-functional leadership.
• Experience across the full development lifecycle strongly preferred.
• Strong holistic understanding of the drug development process across functions.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution, driving decisions that create value under real-world constraints.
• Clear, compelling communicator across internal and external stakeholders.
