Role Overview
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack software solutions that support model based sustainment simulations
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable software systems
- Coordinate complex development efforts across multiple teams and disciplines, ensuring alignment with program objectives
- Lead or contribute to project planning, code reviews, and agile development processes
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure reliability and performance
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
- 5+ years of experience in full stack software development
- 3+ years of experience supporting multiple programs and functions
- 1+ years of experience with mission/safety-critical software development
- 1+ years of experience working in aerospace, defense, or similar high-tech industry
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Familiarity with software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration
