Manage employees from multiple Supply Chain and Project Management disciplines performing activities in support of company and supplier operations
Ensure team communicates supplier performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
Develop and execute supplier recovery project plans and set supplier improvement goals and timelines
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with suppliers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Oversight of the team to manage suppliers to the negotiated contractual documents
Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management
Ensures team is initiating and executing supplier recovery and improvement activities
Coach, counsel, mentor and provide developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities
Provide on-going developmental feedback
Demonstrate the Boeing Values and Behaviors as a leader within Global Field Operations

5+ years leading/managing teams or projects
5 + years of experience leading and working in a production environment delivering aerospace products
5 + years of experience working in Supply Chain or Supplier Program Management
5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives
Willing to travel
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred (desired qualification)
