5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
Hands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Risk Management (or Lease Accounting)
Drive requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment activities
Develop functional setups, run data loads, and support integration testing
Ability to train and participate in professional development of Huron staff
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues
At least 3 years of experience working with Oracle ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or other ERP/financial systems
Solid understanding of finance processes (general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, cash management)
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to own project workstreams with little to no supervision
Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
Strong attention to detail
Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are a plus
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
