Role Overview
- Build and own consolidated databases for debt, equity and transaction comparables to support live deal execution
- Evaluate and present potential M&A targets, including preparing supporting financial analyses
- Own deal-level financial models including cash flow waterfalls, merger models and potential investment return models
- Prepare board-facing materials and analysis to support transaction decisions
- Interface with lenders, bankers, advisors, strategic partners and founders
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an MBA
- Have prior investment banking experience or equivalent (e.g., corporate development, private equity, etc.)
- Nice to Have: Experience in TMT coverage, leveraged finance or M&A
- Nice to Have: Experience executing debt and equity transactions for high-growth and/or capital intensive industries
