Support the execution of Distribution transactions by assisting with documentation, data management and internal processes, ensuring adherence to internal risk frameworks.
Maintain and develop Distribution spreadsheets, including tracking of facility limits, participation and exposures.
Produce regular Management Information (MI), including weekly and monthly reporting packs.
Provide support in the preparation of marketing materials, investor presentations and deal summaries.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.
Accountable for Distribution checklist management, ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time.
Attend relevant Distribution and wider bank meetings and take actions as required.
Work collaboratively with teams including Trade Finance, Relationship Management, Transaction & Client Services and Risk.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
Respond to enquiries in a timely manner, providing a high quality of service and escalate issues where necessary.
Requirements
A keen interest in Banking and Trade Finance.
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
No prior Banking experience required, but any administration or customer service experience is beneficial.
