Requirements
Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Engineering (HNC/HND considered)
Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel
Client-focused, commercially astute, and skilled in fostering collaboration and accountability
Strong excel skills and experience of forecasting, Cost Value Reconciliation reporting, and financial reporting
Experience of mentoring and supervising others in a commercial team
Ideally, professional membership (or working towards) with RICS, CIPS, or ICE preferred
Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and contract strategies, or similar forms
