Role Overview
- Ensure all products sold in the US and Internationally meet safety regulatory requirements
- Work on multiple product lines and projects
- Collaborate with engineers to explain certification and compliance requirements
- Gather documentation from suppliers, engineers, and tests to prove compliance
- Submit certification material to regulators as needed
- Develop interpretations of regulations and explain them to stakeholders
Requirements
- BS/BA and require 2-4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Engineering-related, or Legal/Compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to read, analyze, and summarize detailed regulatory language
