You are the backbone of our daily payment operations and take overall responsibility for the integrity of our end-to-end approval and reconciliation processes to ensure smooth payment flows
You create and maintain detailed product and process documentation required for regulatory purposes, documenting all procedures from customer action to payout to the merchant
You support our product team in defining regulatory-compliant workflows and operational processes for new features, for example in relation to third-party integrations or licensing procedures
You develop and establish professional process diagrams that transparently depict technical and operational workflows and provide all relevant stakeholders with a clear overview

You have a deep understanding of modern payment infrastructures, regulatory requirements, and operational financial processes
A degree in economics, business administration, business law, or a related field is an advantage
Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a major plus. We provide comprehensive onboarding. Familiarity with tools such as Miro or Confluence is also desirable
Business-level German and English language skills are required
