Coach, enable, and motivate a high-performing field sales team to exceed targets
Build and execute a strategic territory plan, including effective account assignments and coverage
Drive accelerated adoption and consumption of Snowflake's platform across an enterprise customer base
Own strategic account planning with your team, including C-level engagement, product roadmap alignment, and consumption monitoring
Lead weekly forecast reviews with the Country Manager BeNeLux, delivering accurate and insight-driven pipeline reporting
Navigate complex legal negotiations and remove technical and commercial barriers to closing
Collaborate with marketing on demand generation events and take accountability for field attendance and measurable ROI
Build and develop a regional partner network including SIs, ISVs, GSIs, and hyperscaler partners (AWS, Microsoft, and others)
Develop a deep understanding of Snowflake's platform and ecosystem to guide your team on selling strategy, technical positioning, and escalation management
Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of first-line sales management experience, leading senior Enterprise AEs in a SaaS or cloud environment
A proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in expansion or consumption-based business models
Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent
Strong executive presence and experience engaging at C-level in large enterprise accounts
Strategic thinking skills — able to translate market insight into actionable territory and account plans
Experience building and leveraging a partner ecosystem to drive pipeline and revenue
Exceptional communication, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration skills
A proactive, high-energy mindset with the resilience and drive to win in a competitive market
