Requirements
Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist (e.g., Versicherungskaufmann) or merchant for insurance and financial services, or a comparable qualification/degree
Several years of sales experience, ideally at an insurance broker or in industrial insurance
Structured, goal-oriented work style and high self-motivation
