Role Overview
- Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO) ; NetSuite experience is a strong plus.
- Prepare and update schedules, financial reports, and workpapers in Excel , including use of advanced formulas.
- Support fund accounting activities such as capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, and investment tracking.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy.
- Provide responsive, professional customer service to stakeholders.
- Leverage AI tools in daily workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and documentation.
- Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience .
- QBO proficiency
- Experience with NetSuite
- Advanced Excel skills , including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, etc.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (in work or personal life).
- High level of English proficiency with excellent communication skills—written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal training.
