- Support both recreational and competitive track and field goals
Requirements
- USATF Level 1 Coach Certification (preferred
- training available)
- Experience coaching young athletes
- Strong knowledge of track and field fundamentals
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- First Aid and Safety Certification (training provided)
- Advanced USATF certifications are valuable but not required
- Multi-event coaching experience preferred
