HubSpot & Technical Setup: Take ownership of HubSpot implementations, from setup to integrations, ensuring smooth workflows and optimized processes.
Reporting & Analytics: Establish weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reporting, using HubSpot dashboards to ensure data-driven insights guide strategic decisions.
Process Roadmap: Build and implement process roadmaps for clients, ensuring that operational systems are efficient and aligned across functions.
Client Relationship Management: Be the face of the agency for clients, holding regular meetings, setting up agendas, and managing communications. Proactively identify potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Deliverable QA: Oversee the quality and timeliness of all client deliverables, ensuring they meet both client expectations and agency standards before final delivery.
Requirements
