About this role
Role Overview
- Originate new business in the energy storage space across the Benelux region.
- Lead complex deal processes from first contact to signed contract.
- Build and grow strong partnerships with utilities, developers, and industrial clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align each deal with Return’s long-term strategy.
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor to our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales or commercial experience; energy experience is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of the Benelux power market and energy transition challenges.
- Proven track record in high-value, complex transactions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
