Inside Sales Representative - Dental Products

Role Overview

• Prospect new customers, negotiate quotes, and work toward closing sales;
• Provide after-sales support and make periodic follow-ups with existing clients;
• Carry out all stages of the sales process via phone, WhatsApp, and email;
• Make outbound calls;
• Handle inbound calls;
• Request documentation and information for customer registration;
• Send promotions via email, WhatsApp, and phone;
• Assist and support customers with post-sale service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Preferred: Currently pursuing a degree in a related field;
• Experience in sales, commercial roles, or customer service;
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Differential:

• Knowledge of dental materials;
• Experience with orofacial harmonization.
