Inside Sales Representative – Dental Products

Role Overview

• Prospect new customers, negotiate quotes, and pursue closing sales;
• Conduct after-sales service and perform periodic follow-ups with account customers;
• Carry out all stages of the sales process via phone, WhatsApp, and email;
• Make outbound calls;
• Handle inbound calls;
• Request documentation and registration data;
• Send promotions via email, WhatsApp, and phone;
• Provide customer support and post-sale assistance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Preferred: University degree in progress in a related field;
• Previous experience in sales, commercial roles, or customer service;
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Preferred / Additional assets:

• Knowledge of dental materials;
• Knowledge of orofacial harmonization.
