Develop and maintain dealership relationships by interacting with the personnel to establish partnerships which are beneficial to both the dealer and the Bank.
Ensure that the relationships are profitable by educating the dealer personnel to bank exceptions and acceptable guidelines for portfolio performance regarding efficiencies, delinquency, repossession and charge-off numbers.
Analyze credit applications submitted by dealerships; make sound credit decisions based upon the applicant’s credit worthiness, stability and propensity to repay the obligation based on past performance.
Ensure that the credit decisions made are within the credit policies and adhere to all laws and regulations applicable to the Bank.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Comprehensive understanding of all consumer credit disciplines including planning and development, sales, marketing, asset quality and regulatory standards, income/expense components, capital market sources and current MIS/technology standards.
Must be able to manage multiple operations and assemble/prepare human resources for continued profitable growth.
