- Contribute your knowledge of local neighborhoods, pricing trends, and market conditions
- Deliver reports accurately and on time
- Maintain your active license and any state-required BPO credentials
Requirements
- Active real estate license (plus any state-required BPO credentials)
- 2+ years of experience with BPOs, CMAs, or residential pricing
- Strong knowledge of your local market and neighborhoods
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn a new platform
- Attention to detail and reliable follow-through on deadlines
