Requirements
3-5+ years in data analytics or business intelligence roles
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Service, including workspaces, scheduled refresh, app distribution, and workspace administration
Proficiency in Power Query and M language for data cleaning, reshaping, and custom transformations
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, joining, filtering, and aggregation across relational databases
Experience in data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling (star schemas)
Ability to design clear, intuitive, and visually compelling reports and dashboards that prioritize user experience, usability, and ease of navigation, using features such as drill-throughs, bookmarks, KPIs, and conditional formatting.
Ability to frame data narratives around business decisions using design thinking and visual storytelling
Experience with Advanced Excel including VBA and Macros for workflow automation and dynamic modeling
Ability to use Python for data wrangling, statistical analysis, and Power BI script integration
Familiarity with SAP environments, including ECC, S/4HANA, and BW, with experience extracting and working with SAP data in reporting tools such as Power BI.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, coordinate across functions, and translate business needs into clear analytical outputs and action-oriented insights.
