Drive patient growth across Axia Women’s Health care centers through strong field partnership
Lead field marketing efforts in support of both OB/GYN and Expanded Care services
Develop scalable marketing playbooks and processes
Ensure consistent execution across care centers and markets
Serve as the senior Marketing liaison to Operations, providers, and care center leadership
Assess business opportunities and care center needs to identify marketing support and growth strategies
Partner with Operations leadership to align Marketing resources and initiatives against organizational priorities
Communicate priorities, recommendations, and timelines effectively across stakeholders
Monitor performance and communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Supervise Field Marketing team members and provide coaching, prioritization guidance, and performance management support as required
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 7 years relevant job experience
Prior people leadership experience required
Experience supporting multi-location or distributed consumer service businesses required
Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or franchise environments preferred
