About this role
Role Overview
Acquisition of new customers and development of strategic customer relationships in the area of CRM, xRM and business software solutions
Management of a defined customer base and identification of cross
and upselling opportunities
Analysis of customer requirements and development of appropriate solution approaches together with the relevant departments
Preparation, customization and presentation of proposals and solution concepts for customers and buying centers
Handling of tenders and requirements specifications as well as leading contract negotiations
Shared responsibility for achieving sales targets within the business unit
Close collaboration with consulting, project management, product development and other stakeholders to successfully implement customer requirements
Monitoring market and technology trends and deriving new sales and growth opportunities
Representing ADITO at events, trade shows and customer events
Active contribution to shaping sales processes, roles and responsibilities in a continuously evolving environment
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling software or IT solutions, ideally in the CRM area
Ability to identify and understand customer needs and to develop sustainable business opportunities from them
Affinity for software, digitalization and technical contexts
Experience in managing existing accounts and acquiring new customers
Confident presence in customer meetings as well as during proposal and contract negotiations
Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
Strong communication skills, empathy and pronounced customer focus
Enjoy working with different departments and regard good results as a team achievement
Fluent German (at least C1) for smooth communication
