Provide customer service to clients (active employees, employees on leave, and the community) within the People and Culture (HR) scope, supplying information and clarifications through service channels (in-person, phone calls, and WhatsApp), with empathy and agility;
Process requests received via tickets, updating information in systems according to established quality standards and deadlines.
Requirements
High school diploma;
Basic Excel course or proficiency in Basic Excel;
Experience in customer service;
Experience in HR activities;
Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in areas related to the role;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
