Open, distribute, and monitor the status of Work Orders in the system;
Receive and validate supplier quotes and route them through the internal workflow, requesting issuance of purchase orders;
Perform daily follow-up with partners and third-party suppliers to schedule activities;
Monitor the execution and quality of services;
Maintain communication with requestors and stakeholders;
Populate control spreadsheets and generate reports.

High school diploma.
Preferred: Enrolled in or graduated from a technical program in Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Intermediate/Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
