Track the performance of initiatives, helping define and monitor KPIs to measure progress, timelines, dependencies, risks, and initiative performance.
Identify opportunities to create automations, improve workflows, and increase efficiency and productivity.
Create analytical reports, executive presentations, and strategic materials to support decision-making.
Act as a direct interface with IT, Data, BI, and Engineering teams, orchestrating and aligning requests and conducting integrated analyses.
Build monitoring dashboards and business insights for initiative analysis, enabling progress tracking and reporting without direct intervention, providing a clear view of status, budgets, and risks for informed decision-making.
Support data interpretation and analysis, ensuring consistency of generated information and data integrity.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Communicative and collaborative, comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
Advanced knowledge of Excel (macros, advanced formulas), Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL — a skills test will be administered.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to generate insights and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and business areas.
