Lead and coordinate processes related to ESG indices, rankings and ratings, ensuring the quality of responses, internal alignment and continuous improvement of the company’s performance;
Serve as the point of contact with investors and financial market stakeholders on ESG and Corporate Sustainability topics;
Support the development of strategic narratives and executive materials aimed at investors, ESG raters and institutional positioning;
Support the evolution of the 2030 Sustainability Strategy, translating it into priorities, targets, indicators and governance;
Coordinate ESG reporting and disclosures, including investor questionnaires, ratings and other corporate transparency requests;
Support the identification and development of funding opportunities and sustainable finance instruments linked to the 2030 Sustainability Strategy;
Develop analyses, benchmarks and business cases that connect sustainability, reputation, risk and value creation for the business;
Monitor regulatory trends, frameworks and market movements related to sustainability, climate and ESG governance;
Support the implementation and evolution of requirements related to IFRS S1 and S2 and other applicable regulations;
Manage ESG indicators, ensuring methodological consistency, governance, traceability and data quality;
Work collaboratively with areas such as Investor Relations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Communications, Risk and business units;
Support audit and external assurance processes related to ESG indicators and disclosures;
Prepare executive presentations, strategic materials and analyses for leadership and governance forums;
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Law or related fields;
Established experience in Corporate Sustainability, ESG, Investor Relations or related agendas;
Experience with ESG indices, ratings and frameworks such as CSA, ISE-B3, MSCI ESG, FTSE, ISS ESG, Sustainalytics, GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP and IFRS S1 and S2;
Experience with corporate reporting, disclosures and ESG indicator management;
Knowledge of ESG regulatory trends and the sustainable finance market;
Ability to engage and communicate with investors and external stakeholders;
Strong strategic vision and the ability to connect ESG to value creation and corporate reputation;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to construct executive-level narratives;
Advanced English;
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
