Role Overview
Manage high-profile events end to end, including workstreams, registration, guest experience, catering, and onsite production.
Build and maintain project timelines that track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.
Source, negotiate with, and coordinate vendors, including catering, AV, and creative production teams.
Own attendee registration, check-in, and pre
and post-event communications.
Track budgets, invoices, and spend against targets with meticulous financial records.
Coordinate across design, procurement, security, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align execution with strategy and brand guidelines.
Implement safety and security protocols that protect attendee well-being and meet compliance expectations.
Analyze event metrics, attendee feedback, and key learnings to improve future events and measure ROI.
Requirements
4+ years of event production experience across end-to-end planning, onsite execution, and post-event analysis.
Strong ownership of guest experience, front-of-house operations, and vendor coordination for high-profile corporate events.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment with meticulous planning and creative problem-solving.
Tech-savvy operator fluent on Mac and event software systems such as Airtable, Luma, Swoogo, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
