About this role

Oversee the IT Operations team and ensure delivery of high-quality on-site IT support services
Partner with Cloud & Infrastructure Platform Owners to develop a roadmap for IT Operations
Build and manage relationships with key business stakeholders
Manage on-site IT support teams and ensure effective service delivery
Monitor performance of On-site IT Operations team ensuring adherence to SLAs
Develop strategies to improve quality and efficiency of IT support services
Directly manage 3 IT Operations leads and oversee their professional development
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards in all support activities
Prepare and present service performance reports to senior management
Manage opex and capex budgets for IT services

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
8+ years of experience in IT support or service management
At least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in managing and mentoring IT support teams
Familiarity with IT security, compliance, and governance requirements
Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus
