About this role
Role Overview
Develop, update, and manage project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to baseline and monitor progress against project schedules.
Conduct schedule risk assessments and monitor critical paths.
Prepare and distribute schedule reports to project teams and stakeholders.
Assist in identifying and mitigating scheduling risks or delays.
Support project controls functions, including cost control and change management.
Maintain accurate information regarding project timelines, milestones, and activities.
Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting discrepancies between planned and actual timelines.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project controls or scheduling.
Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
Knowledge of cost control, change management, and earned value concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
