About this role
Role Overview
Handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in 1st-level support
Providing friendly, professional, and efficient resolution for each inquiry
Technical setup for orders such as creating user accounts or assigning licenses
First-level troubleshooting and accurate documentation for 2nd-level support
Improving the knowledge base by documenting recurring questions and solutions
Requirements
1–2 years of practical experience in customer support (internships or student positions welcome)
Good technical understanding and the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation; able to remain friendly and structured in stressful situations
Self-organized, digitally savvy, and reliable work style with great attention to detail
Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce, or similar systems — or a quick grasp of new platforms
Fluent German at native level and English at least B2 level
