8+ years of professional experience in UX design
5+ years in at least two core design disciplines including: user research, interaction design, or visual design
5+ years designing business or enterprise applications while partnering independently with clients or stakeholders
5+ years applying user-centered design methods from research through implementation
5+ years using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro
3+ years working in agile and lean environments
3+ years of experience with modern front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., Material Design, HTML/CSS, grid systems, React, Angular)
2+ years of experience using AI tools and methods to support discovery, ideation, prototyping, content creation, and design workflow efficiency
2+ years demonstrated business acumen with ability to align design decisions to business goals and deliver measurable business value
