Support analyses of credit portfolio performance, monitoring indicators such as delinquency, approval rates, and customer behavior.
Assist in preparing studies and analyses to recommend adjustments to credit policies, limits, pricing, and offer terms.
Contribute to tracking the financial results of implemented initiatives, evaluating their impact on the business.
Support the organization, maintenance, and updating of databases, dashboards, and management reports.
Participate in the development of presentations and materials for executive forums and strategic meetings.
Assist in monitoring the quality of credit decisions, including analysis of overrides and exceptions.
Interact with different areas of the company, such as Business, Technology, and Data, understanding how credit decisions influence results and the customer experience.
Requirements
Academic background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of data analysis languages and tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Interest in data analysis, performance metrics, and credit risk management.
Basic knowledge of credit risk, collections, financial products, or the financial market.
Intermediate English.
Participation in academic projects, research, scientific initiation, or extracurricular activities related to data analysis.
Experience building dashboards, automating reports, or processing datasets.
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills for interpreting data and identifying opportunities.
Organized and detail-oriented in task execution.
Good communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses and information clearly and concisely.
