- Work directly with senior management across global and domestic games markets
- Lead projects related to business development
- Evaluate global gaming investment and BD opportunities
- Drive the development of new opportunities and incubate new businesses
- Support decision-making for executives and leaders of business groups
- Provide strategic insights and inspire innovative thinking
- Plan and manage business incubation and product innovation
- Make key investment decisions
- Monitor the domestic and global game market and identify emerging trends
Requirements
- Around 5 years of work experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, PE/VC and related Internet industry
- Strategic visions and insights in gaming/media/entertainment industry
- Interpretation of data to identify emerging market trends
- Self-starter comfortable with uncertainty
- Effective team player with communication skills
- Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint; working knowledge of statistics and analysis packages
- Entrepreneurial spirit
