Lead end-to-end RFP and proposal responses for smaller pursuits, coordinating inputs and developing high-quality, commercially compelling submissions tailored to client priorities.
Maintain and continuously improve a library of proposal assets, case studies, and reusable content to accelerate future pursuits.
Support senior BD leads on larger, complex proposals, contributing to narrative development, structuring submissions, and ensuring consistency and quality across all materials.
Conduct detailed research on clients, prospects, competitors, and industry trends across Sports, Media, Entertainment, and Analytics and AI services.
Generate actionable commercial insights to inform go-to-market strategies, account planning, and targeted outreach.
Develop high-impact sales and marketing collateral including presentations, white papers, case studies, one-pagers, and strategic reports.
Craft clear, executive-ready narratives that translate complex analytics and AI service propositions into compelling commercial stories for senior clients and partner audiences.
Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, account planning, and commercial growth initiatives within the SME vertical.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and white-space areas across target accounts and market segments.
Act as a reliable point of coordination across internal cross-functional teams (UK, US, India) and external partners, supporting seamless commercial execution.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in business development, consulting, strategy, or commercial roles, with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality proposals, research, and strategic content.
Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to independently produce polished, executive-ready materials including proposals, presentations, white papers, and research reports.
Strong ability to understand and translate complex analytics and AI service propositions into clear, compelling commercial narratives for senior audiences.
Strong analytical and market research capabilities, with experience translating industry trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence into actionable insights.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
Experience working across global, cross-functional teams and engaging effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Domain knowledge in Sports, Media and Entertainment is strongly preferred; exposure to analytics or AI-led services environments is required.
