Role Overview
- Support healthcare providers by handling both administrative and clinical duties
- Respond to patient portal messages related to medication side effects and usage
- Assist with basic nursing triage and patient inquiries
- Provide support to ensure smooth patient communication and care coordination
- Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring excellent patient experience
- Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant healthcare privacy and safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional setting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional remote work environment
- Strong organizational, research, and administrative skills
- Experience managing calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (GSuite) tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
- High emotional intelligence, maturity, and demonstrated business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfort asking supervisors for clarity, deadlines, and priority-setting when not explicitly communicated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams)
Preferred
- Licensed healthcare professional (RN, LVN, MA)**
- Valid state licensure and ability to practice telehealth in assigned regions**
- Prior experience in telemedicine, clinical practice, or patient care strongly preferred**
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain medical terms clearly to patients**
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and digital communication tools**
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote healthcare team**
- Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and patient-centered approach**
