Role Overview
- Develop and implement strategies to connect, map, and integrate quality data across operations, quality, and engineering functions.
- Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to support informed design and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute a digital connectivity strategy for quality information.
- Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to analyze quality data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure quality data is effectively utilized to inform design decisions.
- Drive the development and implementation of processes to continuously improve quality data collection and application.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or a related field; or a Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data mapping, and building digital systems connectivity.
- Expertise in Solumina, SAP, Net Inspect and other platforms leveraged by Quality.
- Strong understanding of quality systems and their integration with engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and enterprise database systems.
